A heart that lives in the present is a heart full of love and joy.

When you live in the past you cheat yourself and your heart out of living in the present and therefore the future can never come to.

I know that letting go of yesterday hurts and can sometimes be difficult but I learned when I asked Jesus to heal my wounded heart that my dark days turned to light and now I am able to live with a loving and joyful heart. It’s so peaceful living here.
