Youth and Self Esteem

Youth and Self Esteem

For the Youth:

Calling all youth! Have you been feeling a little unsure about the strength of your faith in God and his word lately? If you have, please do not be ashamed! You just need a little pick me up to get your faith right back on track with the Lord’s will where it belongs. Here are few scriptures in the bible that teaches us how valuable we are to Christ, that it’s okay to get tired sometimes, and if we stick to God’s awesome plan, he will inevitably win our battles for us!

Victory1 Timothy 4:12

“Don’t let anyone think less of you because you are young. Be an example to all believers in what you say, in the way you live, in your love, your faith, and your purity.”

Ecclesiastes 12: 1

“Don’t let the excitement of youth cause you to forget your Creator. Honor him in your youth before you grow old and say, “Life is not pleasant anymore.”

Psalm 144:12

“May our sons flourish in their youth like well nurtured plants. May our daughters be like graceful pillars, carved to beautify a palace.

Lamentations 3:27

“And it is good for people to submit at an early age to the yoke of his discipline.”

Isaiah 40:30

“Even youths will become weak and tired, and young men will fall in exhaustion.”

Romans 1:16

“For I am not ashamed of this good news about Christ. It is the power of God at work, saving everyone who believes-the Jew first and also the Gentile.”

1 John 2:14

“I have written to you who are God’s children because you know the Father. I have written to you who are mature in faith because you know Christ, who existed from the beginning. I have written to you who are young in the faith because you are strong. God’s word lives in your hearts, and you have won your battle with the evil one.”
